Lisa Power

Ayurvedic coaching, ancestral remedies, the long way home to your body.

I.

The practice

For more than a decade, Lisa has worked with women navigating burnout, hormonal imbalance, and the long road back to themselves. The work draws on the classical Ayurvedic tradition, seasonal living, and the everyday rituals that knit a body back to itself.

Each consultation begins with a quiet hour, a pulse, a series of questions about sleep and digestion and the weight your shoulders have been carrying. Then a protocol. Sometimes a herbal formula, sometimes a routine, sometimes a single change of habit that takes a month to feel and a year to undo.

The body knows. The work is mostly listening.

II.

What's offered

Consultations. One to one. A pulse reading, a dosha assessment, a personalised protocol. Available in person and online.

Seasonal programs. Small cohorts that move with the calendar. Spring detox, summer cooling, autumn grounding.

Workshops. Kitchen herbalism, ritual, and the quiet practice of attending to your own pulse. Held seasonally, in person and online.

The apothecary. Hand blended teas, oils, and decoctions made in small batches.

There is no separating the body from the kitchen, the kitchen from the field, the field from the year. Health is just paying attention.

About Lisa

Trained at the Ayurvedic Institute and apprenticed under teachers across India and Europe, Lisa has spent over a decade in the practice. She works from a small clinic and writes when there is time, mostly about the way ancient medicine still has practical things to say about modern lives.
